Guangzhou Derun Mechanical&Electrical Fittings Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Shandong Liaocheng Derun EMT Developing Co., Ltd. Our company, located in Guangzhou City, specialized in producing motorcycle parts, general gasoline engine parts and diesel engine parts. We have the biggest factory of motorcycle production in Shandong Province, China. Our factory was established in 1986 and covers an area of 20,000 square meters with fixed assets of USD2,150,000. Our factory has more than 500 employees including 10 senior engineers and 20 quality-control managers. Our factory has advanced equipment and technology and owns more than 300 sets of equipment including 7 sets of coordinate boring machines, 10 sets of CNC wire cutting machines, 6 sets of model MG 1050A high-precision centerless grinders, 3 sets of Auto double-plate grinders, 7 sets of out-side surface grinders, 5 sets of table grinders, 35 sets of drum-type turret lathes, 7 sets of integrated machines, 40 sets of CNC lathes, 50 sets of precision lathes, 2 continuity heat treatment machines, 2 sets of gas carburizing heat treatment machinery and 4 sets of surface finishing equipment to meet customers' demands. Our factory has established an integrated quality control system, and attained ISO9001:2000 Certificate (Certificate No.: 0105Q10556ROM/3700). Our company has advanced metrology laboratories. Our company has central measurement equipment such as YD200A roundness measuring instrument, CL-1 roughness contourmeter, JX7 universal tool microscope instrument, JT12A-Z digital measuring projector, hardness meter and so on. Now we are manufacturing bearing pegs, push rods, governor shafts, piston pins, rocker shafts, crank pins, valve spring retainers, spacers of fuel injectors for diesel engines and so on. We are one of the suppliers of such famous companies including Jianshe, B&S, Lifan, Zongshen, Yingang, Guangzhou Dayang, Guangzhou Tianma, Ji'nan Qingqi and so on. Some of our products have been sold to Germany, the USA, Indonesia, Pakistan, Taiwan area, and other more than 10 countries and regions.
